It’s a weird terminology. Toner & coloring can coincide but also I would say that toner is more meant to combat colors in hair that you don’t want to achieve the color of hair you want where coloring is more of a true dye… idk if that makes sense??😂
I’m too buzzed to get it, but I’ve never colored my hair so that’s probably why I wouldn’t understand haha
99s are nice. They’re too sweet for me on their own but I like to mix them with vodka for the flavors.
I keep Pepsi or Dr. Pepper on hand for a chaser, that really helps too
I love the flavors but they’re to sweet on their own. I can mix one with 4-5 shots of vodka and have flavored vodka.
I can’t even imagine chasing them with a soda
