The company I work for was in the old buildings when it happened and we lost several of our men in addition to the other casualties
It’s okay, this was long before I worked here. I was still in elementary school when 911 happened
But working here and talking to people who were in the area while it did happen, puts a lot of other things into perspective. It’s just crazy but yes that is the new building and tallest in manhattan

It was crazy here in NY. All schools shut down
And then talking with some of my colleagues who were in the area, said it was absolute chaos
Everyone was rushing on the Brooklyn bridge trying to get out of manhattan and he said there were so many people you couldn’t even walk
Got exactly what he deserved but I agree we should’ve held onto him for quite a bit just for some ‘questioning’ 😉
