Haha nice! I’m good, had a good leg workout and threw in a few shoulder exercises as well
Hack squats, leg press, hip thrusts, seated and standing calves, hamstring curls
It’s good, form is easier but not sure o like it more than traditional
My glutes feel better with traditional 😂

Yeah I battle with form on sumo
They are good, people look at me weird when I do them 😅
I have an issue maintaining the stance. It frustrates me so I just move on to something else
