Anddd Em, I asked my dr yesterday about melatonin, so he made the dosage higher of that pill again. I did receive a go for the melatonin it if I can’t still sleep with that
It gives me terrible nightmares tho melatonin
Should only be used to reset your sleeping schedule
Even if not taking melatonin, I don’t like most of my dreams
