I just heard a story about high school kids putting things in the USB ports of their school Chromebooks and catching them on fire

I just had to google that. Something to do with them putting lead into the usb ports. Sounds stupid and pointless
It is stupid. The schools issue the chrome book to the kids but the parents were offered to pay $25 for insurance on the Chromebook or not pay insurance and pay out of pocket for damages.
Kids just don't care. They don't pay for it
