Because Allen is a better leader than Lamar
Yes Lamar had a good run last year but Josh has been having good success in the playoffs since coming into the league so therefore he's a bit more experienced than Lamar
No neither has won a ring but Allen has been close a lot more
They both have the same accomplishments in the Playoffs of reaching the AFC championship game. And Lamars poor playoff games were the first couple years of his career, Lamar from 2021 onwards is a very different player.
