One time I got shot in my dream I just looked at my chest and was like huh, then just kept going on 😭
Also one time I actually jumped off a cliff in a dream, hit the bottom then kept running

Idk I used to be obsessed with trying to learn how to lucid dream. When I wake up I don't really open my eyes I just immediately start thinking about my dream
It works with remembering my dreams for sure but the only times I've ever realized I'm dreaming something odd happens in the dream to where I say in my head o crap I'm dreaming
Then I either wake up at that point or keep dreaming for a lil while. Idk it's not like I'm in full control but I can kinda guide the dream idk
