i like how white can take the pawn and easily consolidate by pulling the queen back but if your opponent knows that theyre either a gm or cheating

Yup they can just go qe4 hitting the rook and they’re like +1.65 but even then black has some counter and such

I’ve beaten many opponents up to 2000+ on lichess for example who fall into the main more obvious trap or the wilder ones like in that game

Funny and maybe some do occasionally but yeah no that’s a very solid rating even on there.

I don’t know if I even made 1800 in any control back when I played on there 🤔 lol

Ratings do run higher there but I’d say an 1800 lichess is typically around a 1500 or so on chesscom
