Caffeine usually helps me sleep tbh but it also makes me digest quicker and with ramadan I really donât wanna digest quickly đ

See I donât mind the fasting part. Itâs not all that long and I donât eat much or a regular basis anyways. Itâs the snacking part food-wise and the sleeping around work

I can kinda understand how youâd feel like youâd lose your identity though. Sometimes you feel like youâre neither one or the other. Growing up in the UK I donât think I feel British or Bengali. Iâm parts of both but not fully one or the other
