Not bad. A bit hyper due to lack of sleep but otherwise I’m great 😂

Wish you the best of luck in finding sleep, I usually use breathing techniques

Caffeine usually helps me sleep tbh but it also makes me digest quicker and with ramadan I really don’t wanna digest quickly 😂

I'm struggling with Ramadan currently😅 feel like everyday is a test of sanity levels that increasingly get worse as sunset

See I don’t mind the fasting part. It’s not all that long and I don’t eat much or a regular basis anyways. It’s the snacking part food-wise and the sleeping around work

Understandable, it's hard for me to work with already having so much to do so I guess my life is easier in a way. I should be more grateful

You’ll feel colder naturally because you’re in a calorie deficit but it is pretty windy today too

I can kinda understand how you’d feel like you’d lose your identity though. Sometimes you feel like you’re neither one or the other. Growing up in the UK I don’t think I feel British or Bengali. I’m parts of both but not fully one or the other

I’m going to London for a few days with my sister straight after Eid so I’ve got the whole week off
