Had a customer in India complain recently that the application changed some settings and updated devices remotely all by itself 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤣
We had a new system and I had to explain to a very old guy how to copy and paste logins for 3 hours
After 20 minutes I would have lost patience and walked away
I dropped a whole cup of coffee on my lap and had to wait until he was done. I smelled like coffee all damn day
