I got way to ambitious with the onigiri and thought making my own eel sauce would be a great idea. Then spent half the day driving all over creation trying to find mirin
So now I have shrimp both seasoned and bang banged sauce, chicken teriyaki, scallops, and crab with eel and bang bang sauce
Eel sauce is hard to make😂
