Hopefully you can get some more sleep soon. I find cognitive shuffling quite helpful when I can’t sleep. Just think of random words, it mimics brain activity when falling asleep apparently

You’ve not been affected by those floods have you? That would be adding insult to injury and hamper any rescues wouldn’t it
