Yeah, but I see why someone would harshly criticize that route

I like to keep mine simple though LOL to me the best tasting is just really good sushi rice with some high quality veggies .

I've also had it with cooked fish before and that's pretty good too

And I don't like to douse mine with soy sauce or wasabi. I'll just maybe have some ginger with it if anything but I like to just Savor the taste of the rice and whatever is with it. I keep it simple LOL
