That's so important at job these days. My manager is the same, just my job currently requires us to physically be here. Which is a gift and a curse

I feel that. Some days definitely easier to be in office. My old job was terrible. Never let us work from home ever. So horrible horrible weather conditions and we would be expected to be in office. So many people would call out and they'd get mad. Like let us work from home and we would get it done
