I’m on the spectrum as they say, autistic, and I’ve struggled to connect with people my whole life. Probably always will.

I used to work with children with autism. So I fully understand what you're saying

I've feel like I've been struggling with that my whole life

I've been struggling hard the last 6 months.

I mean most of my life yes but especially the last 6 months

I’m high functioning autistic, so I have intelligence, book smarts, not so much socially much. Always manage to some how mess it up lol.

Yeah that's how the kids were that I worked with. So we really tried to teach them social skills. It was very rewarding but I started hating it. Because of who I worked for, not the kids

No matter how many social skills I try to learn, better… I always somehow manage to mess it up. And it’s like, no one will talk to you about what you are doing wrong and how you could fix it, they just ghost you.
