I don’t run on the treadmill but I incline to 6 and fast walk for a long time and I use my toes a little

It definitely does feel different

So no matter if my knees are bent a little or not, my knees and legs will be okay ?

Understandable, it is best to do it after lifting to keep muscle and lose fat

Honestly just 5 mins walking or quick jog makes a difference
