Yea could definitely be that or hips are just slightly out of alignment Iād do what panda said and just try and stretch it out

My chiro did a set of X-rays
They just referred me to get an mri too so yayyy
Nope no referral needed just money insurance
Yea mine covers almost everything but some insurance doesnāt cover any
Thatās crazy considering thatās like a basic necessity for medical care
Iād do a chiro first since youāre not in a lot of pain, obviously if itās something they canāt do then you move on to some sort of specialist
That too, not saying youāre old but as we age we donāt move as well as we used to
Iām 22 but my back is telling me Iām 72
My back had issues before that but the accident basically reset my back to what it was a few years ago
A few years ago my hips were like that and the first few adjustments got it closer to where it should be
If it doesnāt work they can point you in the right direction
Idk what mine charges but I know some can be a little expensive at least for the consult and X-rays part of they do X-rays
The X-rays Iāve taken they say to remove bras or anything with metal in them so youād be doing them a favor so they donāt have to step out so you can change lol
To be fair I forgot to take my watch off last time so idk how much it matters
