Yea could definitely be that or hips are just slightly out of alignment Iâd do what panda said and just try and stretch it out

My chiro did a set of X-rays
They just referred me to get an mri too so yayyy
Nope no referral needed just money insurance
Yea mine covers almost everything but some insurance doesnât cover any
Thatâs crazy considering thatâs like a basic necessity for medical care
Iâd do a chiro first since youâre not in a lot of pain, obviously if itâs something they canât do then you move on to some sort of specialist
That too, not saying youâre old but as we age we donât move as well as we used to
Iâm 22 but my back is telling me Iâm 72
My back had issues before that but the accident basically reset my back to what it was a few years ago
A few years ago my hips were like that and the first few adjustments got it closer to where it should be
If it doesnât work they can point you in the right direction
Idk what mine charges but I know some can be a little expensive at least for the consult and X-rays part of they do X-rays
The X-rays Iâve taken they say to remove bras or anything with metal in them so youâd be doing them a favor so they donât have to step out so you can change lol
To be fair I forgot to take my watch off last time so idk how much it matters
