Yeah I had them today for lunch cold and they were really tasty. Good right out of the fridge LOL Although I did freeze a bunch of them as well
I've been on an egg roll cake for a while now. They are great. Can fill them with just about anything. Nuke them in the microwave when you want a snack or a meal
I wish I had time to cook like you do, you always have yummy pics
The most time-consuming part is just rolling them together. You can make the fillings ahead of time, and they only take 20 minutes to bake
But yeah if you have a busy schedule it's not like you're going to want to do all that when you get home at the end of the day LOL
Maybe on a weekend if you have a chunk of time
They come in handy as a quick meal once they are made though
