I think the best place to start learning about Christian faith is the book of John in the Bible. It's almost like a synopsis of what we as Christians believe.
Starting in Genesis and reading to the end is rough. Genesis has good stories in it, don't get me wrong, but I think John is the best place to start if you're curious.
