I have lots of activities to keep me busy
I try to keep myself busy, but when you’re alone. The silence is deafening.
I think most times I’m alone I have some sound going, a movie or something on YouTube. Maybe a white noise machine could help
It sounds like you’re doing everything right! Also my life is pretty stress free so if you’re in constant worry mode I think it’s hard
