Still sore af from my leg day on sunday
Was thinking of going in to do chest today
Im kinda new to gym, only 7 months into it but im so addicted
Lower body is my favourite, turns out im quite strong with lower but weak with upper body
I want to do deadlifts tomorrow but will see how my legs feel

Wide pull ups are the best, i started off only doing 5 as well

And i weight 62kg so not the biggest of guys
I dont weigh much but ive gained a lot of since my gym journey started 7 months ago
