Yeah but your brain determines your gender identity, which isnโt the same as biological seฯ. Someone can have the reproductive organs, hormones, and chromosomes of one seฯ, but their brains can have characteristics of the opposite seฯ. That explains why their internal sense of gender doesnโt agree with their body, so why would it be a bad thing to offer surgery so that their body can be in greater alignment with their psychological sense of self??
