Yeah but your brain determines your gender identity, which isn’t the same as biological seχ. Someone can have the reproductive organs, hormones, and chromosomes of one seχ, but their brains can have characteristics of the opposite seχ. That explains why their internal sense of gender doesn’t agree with their body, so why would it be a bad thing to offer surgery so that their body can be in greater alignment with their psychological sense of self??
