it’s no longer a confession, you’re just complaining now

ask for someone to talk to it’s easy

be more positive maybe. no one wants to think about you throwing yourself off of a building

you’ll be okay. you’re still here with breath in your body. someone didn’t wake up this morning

i don’t think anyone would want you to do that

there’s a solution to every problem. write down steps you can take to fix your situation other than jumping off of a building…that’s not what you really want to do anyway

you have yourself, you don’t need anyone else. let go of expectations and what you feel others should be doing for you

you called them your family and friends, they can’t be that bad

no one’s perfect. you don’t need to die because of it though

i just don’t understand…if they’re not holding you hostage you can go your own way

sitting in the bad situation won’t make it any better. start from scratch. it won’t be easy at all but it’ll be worth it
