Would you recommend having weights on both hands or one while the other helps your balance? I've started doing Bulgarians and yeah I hate it but low key love it also 👀

Yeah so far I'm doing just doing the one cause I feel like it helps me actually go down lower and back if you get me lol but I might eventually try two once I can do 40kgs bulgarians 💀

I've always had thick thighs though and they ain't that great! They always rubbing together when I walkand it sucks always having to fix my shorts 😓

Well it's like 90 minutes cardio and then 20 seconds rest between 10 different stations
