Have been trying Protein dosas lately…they come out well too
Noiice… yeah I always thought they would taste funny but got this unflavoured plant based protein which just blends so well…
Naah the same round shape.. the batter does get thicker and it’s not really a dosa after that but a thick version more like an uttapam I guess
If I am totally devoid of choices then meat is fine otherwise I try
Yeeaaahhh I can’t give a very logical answer to it.. but here is my theory…
1) Stop Animal cruelty- if I can contribute in a very very small manner, I try to, least I can do.
2) meat products - more prone to giving you stuff like cancer and all.. again.. not full proof… just decreasing the likelyhood
At the end of the day, what works for you, works for you..
So yeah another thing I try to stay away is processed foods, reduces my food options but luckily I am not very high on taste buds, I am very low maintenance when it comes to taste of the food 😂

It’s not easy, weekends do ruin it for me.. you go to someone’s place and table is full and it’s such a battle then
My sister has gone total nuts on this route though, eats only fruits cause she says eating everything raw is the only way to consume food… some debates we have 😂
Take a cold shower… if possible, get into a sauna and then a cold shower… all muscle aches just melt away

I kind of disagree with that.. it is treatable (for most cases now) but then I do agree that it is expensive and might not be accessible for all
Yeah i agree to your comment that it is not accessible to most… but I have had an immediate family member who recovered so when you say we can’t treat it, I don’t agree to that
