And do like.. intermittent fasting. So I just had a snack, it's now midnight. I won't eat again until probably 2pm.
I'll be asleep most of it.
And will be too nervous to eat breakfast most likely. Lol.
I eat like one meal a day as it is.. and I'm watching what I eat a bit better lately too. No soda, mostly diet beverages if not water, more protein less carbs..

I was doing really good over the summer weight wise. 35lbs in two and a half months but it was mostly stress and literally sweating my ass off at work lol
When I left I put a good amount back on because I also quit going to the gym. I miss the gym.. 🥹
