I don’t think you should ever invalidateyour feelings. Regardless of the objective legitimacy of them, they’re still your feelings. You aren’t in the wrong for feeling that way. If my partner hurts my feelings over something stupid like… a slice of bread for example. I’m still allowed to be upset. It’s not wrong for me to feel that way but i should also take the time to understand if my feelings are an overreaction.
