But I’m of the mindset that all BBQ is goooood
Because, and this is a theory, when men get excited about cooking, you know we will intensely research all the different methods and techniques to make it fantastic and share with those we care about
I work with a guy who is adamant that only whole hog smoked over wood can be called bbq. And I was like, I will NOT tolerate brisket and smoked jalepenos sausage slander in my presence 😂
