Yeah I replace it with fruits then i feel like having more so i eat more fruits But then after eating lots of fruit i still end up eating a cake or something ☹️

My mental health is connected to eating like pizza or burger or some desserts Eating gives me dopamine But physically i need to eat healthy n maintain a healthy lifestyle

I eat n when my weight crosses the weight limit I’ve set for myself I start eating good again n dedicatedly going to gym But as soon as I lose weight i go back to eating cz i cant live without it

So I’m like not over weight But doesn’t have a well toned body too

I got Dyson airwrap recently n I’m still trying to figure out how to use it in the best way possible 😅
