There are lot of apps that you can download to track your food, calories and macros Those apps also calculates your basic macros and let you know the amount of macros you should consume in a day

My workout routine is good I just cannot control my eating habits! I love to eat Don’t know how i will ever get abs that way

Burned pretty good calories But now I’m feeling like to reward myself with junk food 🙊🙊
