There is nothing as target fat loss, it will go when your overall body fat percentage will go down Focus on diet along with your training and trust the process

To loose weight you need to be in calorie deficit but at the same time you also have to manage the macros

There are lot of apps that you can download to track your food, calories and macros Those apps also calculates your basic macros and let you know the amount of macros you should consume in a day

My workout routine is good I just cannot control my eating habits! I love to eat Don’t know how i will ever get abs that way

Burned pretty good calories But now I’m feeling like to reward myself with junk food 🙊🙊
