I haven't had good experiences with Taurus either lol. They would avoid certain topics and or not communicate certain things. So things like that can make someone overthink. Maybe its the being too chill cause scorpio needs passion etc. Idk how to explain it.

Something similar happened with a guy who I felt like i was repeating myself to and he said he didn't understand when I'd change to English or Spanish so he could understand me and he'd say sorry i didn't get that. I told him i just saw him as a friend and so seeing him in the way he saw me, I couldn't and now i get why. He said i was making him feel bad and making myself the victim... I had hoped he wasn't what i feared.

Like I suck at communicating but when i do i guess it's with the wrong people cause ill think i need to confront my fears and then my anxiety comes up to tell me maybe you shouldn't be dealing with this person.

Yes it's difficult to not worry when everything is coming at you. I had to make lots of difficult adjustments. It wasn't easy. I just try to maintain some mental sanity and healthy boundaries.
