I had the windows open today. Was trying to enjoy the day until I brought in an amazon package. Now i'm in major pain😔
I really don't want to go to the E. R again, so i'm just trying to rest with a heating pad. I took some pain medication, but it's not really doing anything just yet😫

Yeah, hopefully it's just a strain.But I have to be careful because of the fibroids and make sure there's no torsion going on
My back is fine. This is in the front. I should have just opened the package outside and brought in the contents like I usually do. I don't know what I was thinking🤦♀️
I guess because it didn't seem that heavy... But it was kind of a big box, so I guess the position that I lifted in caused the problem.I have to be really careful about lifting now.. Even stuff that isn't heavy. It's so annoying that I can't do this simple stuff that I used to be able to do anymore because of these stupid fibroids
Remember, last time coco used my abdomen As a launch pad and I ended up in the e r for almost twenty four hours? They did a bunch of scans and didn't find anything in terms of torsion, so i'm thinking this is the same deal. It's just really painful, but I think I just have to wait it out

Calling the advice, nurse seems really pointless. These days, every time I call them, they want me to go to the emergency room. It's like, do they have to tell that to everyone just to cover their a**? It's annoying because I was hoping to get some more helpful guidance.Then just go into the e.R
Like, I just want to know what to look for in case it was torsion, but they will never tell me anything. They probably don't even know.. Google can give me better information l o l
You're prob right that it's to cover their ass... if they advise some a hole wrong they might get sued

I had a temporary respite where it started to feel better, but now it's hurting again. I only took half of the pill they gave me because it said to start with half, but I can take a full one, so i'm thinking I should take the other half
Coco really wants to sleep on me..I always feel so bad when she can't go on me. She finally got the hint though settled down against me

Thx me too. I did end up taking the other half of the pill and that did help a lot. The pain is starting to come back again though, so I'll take more pain Medication and hopefully it will be better by morning

I think it's possible to get one all around the lower abdominal, but don't take my word for it
I sent the picture 2 1 of my doctors and let them know what happened.So if they want to follow up, I'll go in and see them
Hernias suck but they aren't emergencies until it starts pinching off. Hopefully it can be addressed properly
I'm just thinking it's the fibroid.. I think migrates around my body. I had a covid shot on wednesday and since then i've been sleeping on my side. So maybe gravity caused the fibroid to shift to the right side like that
But again don't take my word for it lol. I'm no dector
And maybe somehow, when I bent down to lift that package, it was just in a tight location and got squeezed or something

That's why I have to be so careful with stuff, because you don't realize how many things you use your core for
Normally if I have a big package or heavy package, I will open it outside and remove contents individually so I don't strain myself

I used to have a message asking people to put it in a certain place near the door so I wouldn't have carry boxes far. Usually if they are heavy but close to the door I can kind of roll them inside if I can't lift them
I try not to order things that are too heavy in the first place. But sometimes the way they package things, it's just awkward, and they used much bigger boxes than they need to for stuff

Yeah, usually I do, but sometimes they combine stuff anyway, that they shouldn't
If something is really big or heavy, usually, I will just open it outside and bring things in piece by piece
This box had one heavy ish thing in it That was liquid, but the second thing was bulky, but very lightweight
They should have just packaged them separately
Like with liquid items, they should really keep those separate from other stuff. Because the container spills, it can get on everything else in the package
