iv had sleep paralysis before, well idk what it was but i was awake but my brain thought i was sleeping i suppose, i couldnt move anything but i could only move my hand like in slow motion to my face which woke me up when it touched it

iv tried every trick in the book pina trust me if i get a 7 hour nights sleep its like a miracle
