Hahaha sure.. it's just easy and simple

Pork belly, sprite, soy sauce, catsupketchup, minced garlic, salt, ground black pepper, lemon juice

Mixed them all together in a bowl and then put the sliced pork belly to soak in the flavor. U can remove or add ingredients. I added some peanut butter.

Soak them for an hour or so.. overnight, the better. The wood skewers, soak for 15mins in a hot water

To add more flavor to the meat (bbq), scoop a good amount of leftover marinade, leftover sprite, and brown sugar (mix altogether). Brush each side of the meat before turning over.

I have a chili crisp oil here, but it's a hit or miss of heartburn when i eat with some spicy stuff

Fish ball and other stuff with vinegar dipping sauce and some chili... I do try from time to time, depending on how spicy
