What you just said! I was catering manager at a local BBQ restaurant back in 2016, but still worked all other positions at the store. The amount of work that goes into running a fast food restaurant AND to have it run smooth… it is one of those things taken for granted for how much people rely on the service.
And I’m one if those people who like for things to be of a particular standard. I was part of the HR team as well, helping to hire and interview new prospects. It is not easy to find workers who will do the job correctly or as desired. That’s why I applaud Chick-fil-a and their workers. Top notch right there.
