Yes, I suffer from flashbacks of things, so vivid iys as though I'm moment feeling everything i felt them. It can triggered by something as sple as word or smell. The easy advice I can give is talk to therapist or someone else if not that.

I have done more than 10 now. I have tried to remain positive but I usually feel overwhelmed and tired. Procrastinated a lot, tried to stop the rot, tried building good habits but failed at them. I’m now numb. Once you become numb, you won’t give a shyt and then you can focus on what you need to do.
