But that's been done numerous times. Where the player is kinda average until his contract year then they ball out.
Some keep up with that play while others only play hard just to get a contract then back to average
I mean if owners can tell the players it's just business then why as a player you wouldn't do just that and wait til your contract year to really ball out. After all isn't that business on the players'end?
