Hey, I have exciting news.Well, you might not think it's made or news l o, l, but i'm kind of excited about it..
There is this bird that has been roosting by my front door for years now, but I have never been able to see it clearly, because it's always there at night, so i've never been able to identify it
This morning, I was finally able to see it in the daylight, and i'm pretty sure it's a female Eastern bluebird😍.. So that's pretty cool. I wish I could set up a nesting box for it. There used to be a pair of them, but now it's just the one.

Yeah, I was trying to this morning, but unfortunately it saw me hold the phone up and if flew away
It's a very skittish, little bird and I usually only see it when there is very low lighting, so it's difficult to get a good photo

Yeah, i've seen nesting boxes for them around, but i've never actually seen one even though I know they are making a comeback here
So I was really excited to find out that's what it was

I'm not always in the mood but I do it because I have to eat
It's not so bad though. It's really just about me having the energy to do it and do the cleanup, but I clean up as I go.
I don't mind cleaning up if someone else cooks

I haven't been out in so long. I would love to find a nice paved.Walking trail in the area
I used to walk a lot of loop trails around lakes and reservoirs that were really nice
But since i've been back to connecticut, all I see are linear trails
What trails do you like? I just walk around the neighborhood a bunch
I haven't found any place here that I really like. I missed the ones I used to go on. I'm sure there has to be stuff in the state, but a lot of it is very inaccessible, unfortunately
