For me, I'm depressed because of the things I lack in life
Interesting. I on the other hand have no friends and because of that, i feel like failure and too embarrassed to make friends or even meet people.

That's really good. Sleeps important. I can't sleep most nights and it's messing me up bad
Like why can't I just go to sleep and stay asleep? My body is clearly begging for it. I think it's the reason why I feel depressed in the first place
I've feel like I've been struggling with that my whole life
