Did you appeal the photo ban? Yeah that’s not right if you were covered and sent to prison. There are rooms that people post fully nude photos in and nothing happens.

I’ve been to prison one time and it’s when I was new. I mentioned a third party app, but the context of my message was totally different. I was not referring to any third party app at all. But the automatic filter is what got me.

Well, I’d argue that chronic sleep deprivation is terrible at any age.

If your sleep quality is good, you’ll function good. Quality over quantity. Less sleep, and bad quality sleep when you do, is just not a good recipe for anyone, probably.

Well, it’s pretty common knowledge and not really overly scientific. Most people know that sleeping well helps us function better. I mean science backs it up technically, but it’s just a simple observation really.

I’d murder for a couple hours of quality sleep.
