I found out yesterday I have a thing called panic attacks

Yeah that happened
Like it happened a lot of times before but only when i was alone
Yesterday i was with dentist and it happened and i heard her say panic attack
Agreed .. i dont want to b on meds
Oh my God so good to have someone who I can relate
