I’m meh. I messed up my knee at work and left early.
I was putting a big ole juice jug on a shelf and it slipped and I tried to catch it by using my knee so when I jerked me knee to the right the juice fell on it and like shifted my knee cap outta place and back in place
Had to sit down for a few minutes. The pain had me feeling dizzy
Yea just staying off it. Gonna fill out a form at work tomorrow. And see what I can do with that
We suppose to get a huge storm today
