And I've been working on losing weight. Lost fifteen pounds so far
Yess I exercise a lot and count calories
I definitely use this less
I quit three to four months ago
I don't do a drastic calorie deficit
Honestly this is tragic to admit, but i was smoking cause of drama here
Noo it was too much for me tbh
I feel so much better now. I mostly stay in pm
I'm trying to get back into running a lot
So every time I go to the gym, I do a minute more of running
Yess I do the stair master too
