Oh yeah thats a tough one. Well there's always the right way to go about things or the wrong way ofcourse. I recommend having that unwanted but necessary conversation 1 on 1. Explaining the micro managing, insight on getting information the next time they need it and a polite request to please save any questions or suggestions for either after class or during the review of the observation, in order to keep the flow of you lesson going.
