try a simple way first, you won’t gain so much fighting them and will spend time and energy on it
besides, I know people who are former employees that they also did the same thing the same way they and up being physically sick like me before they resign

if the lawyer don’t cost you the money you’re supposed to get from the action hahaha
Maybe but im not a lawyer i wouldn know.. they're expensive
it’s in their process to push people over the limit… some company are really like that in their company politics
I want them to be exposed especially they’re financially struggling now like I don’t wish bad for people but they deserve to be exposed big time
