Thank you it’s a chest infection. Really taken it hard felt rough for 3 weeks then they let me have antibiotics. Started feeling better then they wouldn’t renew the course when it ran out now I am stuck feeling crappy 😔
And if you're in the northern hemisphere allergy season is starting up so that isn't helping much, i'm sure
When it comes to coughs, they can linger. You can try taking something like oil of oregano to help fight it off if you feel like you still have an infection going on
