Depends on what you’re in to doing, and more importantly where in the state you are
Tomorrow, without too much travel I could: go fishing, rent a jet-ski or ATV and go riding, go to the casino, visit a number of state parks or wildlife refuges to go hiking, go see a number of live performances, go to the zoo or aquarium, go thrifting, rent a houseboat, chill in an inflatable tube and ride a river… and more
Minnesota is only boring if you don’t get out there and try to experience it.
That’s true for any place anywhere probably lol. I just like living by lakes so I’m covered
